I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout and excellent amenities like a big bed, nice shower, and good AC. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, going out of their way to make sure I had a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, being close to the main area of Thamel but peaceful at the same time. However, there were minor issues with the promised airport ride that got cancelled last minute. The dining experience was varied and enjoyable, though slightly confusing at times. Despite that, the hotel's facilities were excellent.
